Joe was experienced and he and Adam were strong to do the lifting under control and safely. They were also not put off by the many tools and artisan pieces that were not boxed or boxable. There were no bedrooms and I kept telling that to HireaHelper but they did not note that or remember that. American Independent Movers did not consider that a problem and just went to work. They had good humor too, which made the work fun.
I moved to a new town, and the help I was supposed to get to unload wasn’t available. I was stuck with a huge U-Haul and no way to empty it. I found help through HireAHelper, and within two hours, they were there and ready to go to work with all the needed equipment. They were very safety-oriented, polite, and quick. It was boiling that afternoon, and they didn'’t even slow down. I would use them again in a minute!
I was really happy with the service I got from American Independent Movers. I used the to unload my moving truck. We were running late in arriving and they were able to adjust their arrival time to mine. They also checked in periodically with me while we were traveling. On site, they worked very hard and were very respectful of my property. I would definitely use them again.
I guess having nearly all of my items fit into the POD is a great finish for that packing day. JOE and his assistant arrived on time, brought the right equipment to get the job done. They both cooperated completely. So I would use them both again. Steve Wolfe of Ashland, Oregon
This is the second time that I have used American Independent Movers and they did an excellent job unloading a POD for me. They were on time and came equipped to do the job.
They did a fantastic job for us. They showed up on time and worked very hard.
The workers were very polite. We could not believe how fast they worked and what a good job they did. Not one broken piece or scratch. We would use them again and would recommend them.
